What's next for 3CDC?
Since 2004, the Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC) has invested more than $1.3 billion in downtown Cincinnati and Over-the-Rhine. This work has included the transformation of premier civic spaces like Washington Park and Fountain Square, renovation of Music Hall, redevelopment of the Metropole Apartments into 21c Museum Hotel, and construction of a new headquarters for 84.51.

But 3CDC's work is far from over with a half dozen current projects and more in the development pipeline.
