| 1 Scholastic Book Fair - now through July 12. Summer Reading Fun! Pick out a good summer read or two. We have books for all ability levels. The book fair is open during regular museum hours. Admission to the museum is not required to shop. All proceeds benefit kidscommons and our outreach efforts. 3 Independence Day Celebration. Get ready for your 4th of July celebrations with entertaining experiments and art projects at 11AM, 1PM and 3PM. 4 CLOSED 10 Artz Daze ~ Get Up, Get Out, Get Art on Washington. Enjoy FREE art programming from 11AM – 3PM in front of The Commons with our partner, Columbus Area Arts Council. Featured medium this month is block printing. 12 Free Family Fun Time. Free museum admission 1-5PM. One adult is required for every five children. Free admission is sponsored by Centra Credit Union. 12 Last day of Scholastic Book Fair. 18 Visit us at the Columbus Farmer’s Market from 10am-12N for children’s activities. The summer market is at 501 Brown St. and takes place in the Cummins parking lot. |
