Community Engagement: Finding Common Ground | |
| Campaign 21 funds a comprehensive plan to transform KQED for the 21st century by investing in our headquarters and staff. When we planned the renovation of our home at 2601 Mariposa Street, we knew we needed a more modern workspace and media center that embodied our mission to inform, inspire and involve. Our new building reflects those ideas. Its glass-fronted exterior design signals transparency and its public spaces invite participation.
Designed as a hub for engaging with our community, the building will help us foster a community that respects differences, embraces the human experience and seeks solutions for building a more equitable world.
