On the heels of his under-the-radar marriage at his home in Montecito, Charlie Puth is reportedly on the verge of handing the keys to his fashionably appointed midcentury home in Beverly Hills to powerhouse real estate agent and reality TV star Josh Flagg in a not-so-clandestine off-market deal. The Grammy-winning singer first listed the Rex Lotery-designed tour-de-force in 2023 for $17 million. With no takers, the price dropped to $11 million before it was taken off the market. The stone, glass and redwood abode, previously owned by “The Tonight Show” producer Freddie de Cordova, sits on half an acre atop a high ridge with a canyon-framed city lights view. In the Hamptons, the historic Briar Patch estate has become available for a mouth-drying $95 million. Along with a graciously proportioned 1930s main residence, the 11-plus-acre spread has a Peter Marino-designed guesthouse, a 60-foot pool and about 1,200 feet of frontage on Georgica Pond.
