| As the year comes to a close we are reminded of what an amazing year it has been. God has truly blessed The Joy House and we are grateful. So many opportunities for us to share the love of Christ with those God brings into our path. We are thankful to each one of you and the role you play in partnering with The Joy House. We are excited to share a story below of one of our graduates and where he is now.
Steverecently reconnected with Wyatt who was part of the teen-residential program a few years back. He has pursued a career he loves as a fire fighter and is now serving his community. Here is a brief update from him and some photos.

I moved down outside Savannah and have been with Pooler Fire Rescue for a year and a half now serving the community and being there with the best group of people doing the best job in the world! It’s really awesome when people can call and you show up to make what is the worse day for some of them a little easier. We train hard everyday to be able to give the best service and patient care we can and I can say that it is something that I work with the best guys I’ve ever met.
