We’re excited to share with you that we will be having our annual banquet this year in-person. Our theme for this year’s banquet will be “Abound in Hope”. After the events we’ve all traveled through these last few months we all need to be reminded of the hope we have in Christ. This year’s banquet will have added significance as we’ll be celebrating our 20th Anniversary. We took the first teen into our residential program in the summer of 2001. What an incredible journey the Lord has given us these past 20 years as we’ve seen so many lives changed.
This is always a great evening a celebration, inspiration, and fellowship. We’ll have testimonies presented of changed lives from both our Teen Residential Program and Counseling Center ministries.
We will again be partnering with our great friends at SharpTop Cove as the banquet will be hosted in “The Mill” dining hall. The banquet will be Tuesday April 27th at 6:30. Due to continuing COVID precautions our numbers will be limited from previous years, but we’re excited that we will be providing a live-streaming of the actual banquet program so those that can’t attend in-person will be able to participate online.
Critical to the success of our banquet are our ministry partners who serve as table hosts. A table host simply commits to inviting and filling a table with eight guests. There is NO COST to host a table. Instead, an opportunity to invest in the ministry is presented to all of our guests at the end of the evening. Our banquet is our largest single fundraising event and also one of the best avenues for introducing new friends to the ministry. Our funding for this evening will be to support the daily ministry we’re doing in both the teen residential program and the counseling ministry. If you are unable to attend in-person we hope you will consider joining us online. If you would like to introduce others to the ministry we would ask you to consider hosting watch party. As we move closer to the banquet please look out for more details regarding streaming in our E-News and also through our social media platforms. We have a limited number of general admission seats available for the banquet. We’re handling those through an online registration that is first-come/first-serve. There is no charge to attend the banquet, but all our guests are presented with an opportunity to give at the end of the evening. You can register for the banquet here. Please don’t do a registration if you are coming as a guest of one of our table hosts.
