JPMorgan Chase sent a staff memo warning of potential employee and customer abuse of the Paycheck Protection Program and other pandemic assistance programs. The memo states the bank has been made aware of "conduct that does not live up to our business and ethical principles -- and may even be illegal" and urges employees to report potential fraud.
