After 14 years of ownership, prolific Hollywood director/producer Judd Apatow and actress Leslie Mann have sold their longtime Los Angeles home for $27 million. Located in the prime Brentwood Park neighborhood, the lavish 10,000-square-foot estate is shaded by mature oaks and sycamore and has a full finished basement, a swimming pool and a gated motorcourt. And over on the East Coast, Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy has paid $42 million for a Nantucket compound – easily the most expensive residential real estate transaction ever recorded on the Massachusetts island.
