Judge decides on bail reduction request for man suspected in wife's disappearance

A Bexar County Judge on Wednesday approved a request for a reduction in bail for Andre McDonald, who has remained behind bars since March 3 on a charge of tampering with evidence in connection with his wife's disappearance.
