Kline & Specter's efforts to sue its former associate, Thomas Bosworth, in California have been tossed, and, according to our first item today, the firm may be on the hook for attorney's fees. The firm, however, intends to challenging the latest ruling. Aleeza Furman has more. Also, earlier this year, Faegre Drinker's support staff faced cutbacks. Amanda O'Brien confirmed that the cuts affected less than 5% of the AmLaw 100 firm's support staff.
