Situated in the affluent Presidio Heights neighborhood, the revamped Victorian-style structure was snagged by an undisclosed Silicon Valley buyer after only 18 days on the market. The five-story home features charming interior spaces, plus a backyard with mature olive trees and multiple balconies with views of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco Bay.
