In 2021, the Guardian writer Julian Borger discovered that his father, born in Vienna, escaped the Nazis through an ad in the Guardian. In his new book, I Seek A Kind Person, he takes us across the world to uncover this story, and those of seven other children who were saved by the same means. Borger will discuss these moving stories of grief, courage and hope with the Guardian columnist Jonathan Freedland.
