Juliette Labous saw a strong three days of racing at the Women's Amgen Tour of California culminate by winning the jersey for best young rider. A good team performance on stage two set Labous up to take the jersey on Mount Baldy. Following that, the team rode aggressively on the third and final stage in an attempt to move Labous even further up the GC. In doing so, they ensured she secured the white young rider's jersey at the end of the race when a reduced peloton came to the line together.
