Maker Market & Electronics Recycling Day!
Join us on Saturday, July 13th at OTL in celebration of our 10 Year Anniversary.
We have a fantastic selection of exquisite makers showcasing and selling their work at our Maker Market AND you can also drop off your electronics for recycling. 

You'll be able to still your hunger with Nonna's Famous Pizza and indulge your ice-cream craving at The Merry Dairy truck.

Ecology Ottawa Petition

Ecology Ottawa has created a petition urging the City to create a grant program for waste reduction and diversion initiatives. Please consider signing before June 26th, when the Solid Waste Master Plan draft comes to the Environment and Climate Change Committee!

Workspace Safety 101 & 201 Workshops

Introduction to different power tools, including the band saw, mitre saw, drill, table saw, planer, and more! Taking an OTL Safety course is a requirement for anyone who wants to use certain tools in our WorkSpace. You don't have to take Safety 101 to take the 201 course, the main differences between courses is the tools you learn.

Demo Night:
Introduction to 3D Printing

This demo night will introduce the basics of 3D printing, equipping you with the necessary skills to use and borrow the OTL's 3D printer. Topics will include machine maintenance, setup, filament, modelling software, applications, and more!

Bike Maintenance with OTL + OOGL

Bring your bike, secure it on one of our stands, and learn how to assess its road safety. Join us for our bike maintenance workshops on July 11th and 25th, where we'll cover essential tune-up tasks and get your bike back in top shape. Our July 25th workshop is in collaboration with the Ottawa Outdoor Gear Library (OOGL).

NEW Tinkering School Summer Camp Session

Due to popular demand, we've added another Tinkering School Summer Camp for kids 9-13 years to learn woodworking skills! This camp will run from July 29th to August 2nd.
