As an editor at Food Dive, I spend a lot of time writing about the future of food. For the next three days, I'm going to experience it. Managing Editor Thai Phi Le and I are in New Orleans at IFT19 for the beginning of this week. I'm really looking forward to seeing, learning about — and of course smelling and tasting — the innovations that are shaping the industry.
