Coders should report CPT code 20615 (aspiration and injection for treatment of bone cyst) for each bone cyst injected and aspirated; to report aspiration and injection of multiple bone cysts, assign code 20615 with modifier -59 (distinct procedural service) for the second and subsequent injections or aspirations.
