ICD-10-CM code L10.5 (drug-induced pemphigus) should only be assigned when documentation clearly indicates a relationship between pemphigus and a drug or chemical as the underlying cause. Assign a code from T36-T50 following L10.5 to indicate the drug and adverse effect.
