CPT code 20615 (aspiration and injection for treatment of bone cyst) is to be assigned for each bone cyst injected and aspirated. To report aspiration and injection of multiple bone cysts, assign code 20615 with modifier -59 (distinct procedural service) for the second and subsequent injections or aspirations.
