Entertainers Moguls Athletes Locations

"Donda" rapper Kanye West has paid $57.3 million, in an off-market deal, for a Malibu residence that’s part house, part sculpture. Designed by Tadao Ando, the nearly 4,000-square-foot structure was hewn from 1,200 tons of concrete and sits directly on the sand. Elsewhere, NBA superstar Lebron James has sold his Brentwood Park mansion for $19.6 million. Built in 2011, the house is nestled on over a half-acre parcel on the same Rockingham Drive made infamous by O.J. Simpson all those years ago.
