The single-story rancher is spacious but modest, at least by typical Ye standards. Elsewhere, Canadian entrepreneur Richard Wernham has once again reduced the price on a historic French Normandy-style estate in Laguna Beach, famously once owned by Bette Davis. The Aubrey St. Clair-designed home overlooks the ocean and includes a wine cellar, gym, and an outdoor terrace with sea vistas.
