Though it currently looks more like a shipwreck than a luxury mansion, Kanye West has slapped a $53 million price tag on his oceanfront Malibu house. One of only a handful of Tadao Ando-designed homes in the United States, the 4,000-square-foot structure was completely gutted during West’s two-year ownership, so the Brutalist-inspired residence is now a blank canvas for the next owner. And over in Hawaii, Mark Zuckerberg is reportedly spending $270 million to build a colossal survivalist compound on 1,400 acres of land, complete with a bunker, a secret tunnel and a wellness center.
