The week's biggest real estate stories.
Kat Von D has finally found the perfect buyer for her gothic Victorian mansion in L.A.'s Windsor Square neighborhood. It's Tyler Cassity, co-owner of the iconic Hollywood Forever cemetery, who doled out nearly $8 million for the colossal red-brick house and its blood-red swimming pool. And on the other side of town, Brad Pitt has reportedly sold his Los Feliz compound for $39 million. Owned by Pitt since the 1990s, the estate encompasses five neighboring properties spread across almost two acres with terraced gardens, a skateboard park and a pair of swimming pools. |
