We’re excited to announce that the team behind the successful online sportswear brand Fabletics will join us onstage at Code Commerce Series, an evening event hosted by Jason Del Rey and Kara Swisher on December 6 in San Francisco. Here’s what they’ll discuss:

  • Kate Hudson, Co-Founder, Fabletics
In 2013, the actress co-founded the Fabletics subscription service to offer stylish, high-quality workout gear at an accessible price point. You’ll hear how Hudson helped build a $150 million brand in three years, and how she hopes to avoid the pitfalls of some other subscription businesses during the next phase of growth.
  • Adam Goldenberg, Co-CEO, TechStyle Fashion Group (formerly JustFab)
An entrepreneur from a very young age, Goldenberg now runs the parent company of the online membership-driven brands JustFab, Fabletics, ShoeDazzle and FabKids. Combined, the businesses are expected to top $650 million in subscription and merchandise revenue in 2016. Learn why Goldenberg believes that subscription commerce is more of a necessity than a fad, and how brick-and-mortar stores play a role in his businesses.

Kate and Adam are the latest additions to our stellar lineup of executives who are transforming online shopping and mobile payments, including Jack Dorsey of Square and Twitter, Jennifer Bailey of Apple Pay and Peter Szulczewski of Wish. Jason and Kara will put them all in the hot seat to uncover what’s working, what’s not — and most importantly, what’s next.
