Thanks to nearly 500 fans and friends who backed our third Kate Wolf Kickstarter, the new album Live In Mendocino debuted at this year's Kate Wolf Music Festival. And we made all of our stretch goals, so the album is 20 tracks! This includes: • 3 Kate Wolf songs not on previous albums • 5 songs by other writers, including Utah Philips
About The Album Kate Wolf had a great affinity for the California coast, and she frequently performed in Mendocino County venues in the middle years of her career. With Nina Gerber's help, we sifted through 15 hours of soundboard recordings made by Nicholas Wilson from 1979 to 1982 at several concerts. We feel that the resulting 76-minute collection beautifully represents Kate. Read more about the album and sample the songs on theKate Wolf website. CDs are $13 and digital downloads are $8. Your support will allow us to continue keeping Kate's music alive.
