Though she bought it not even two years ago, Katy Perry has flipped an $8 million Beverly Hills property back onto the market. Reportedly acquired as a guesthouse, the traditional-style home appears nearly identical to how it looked when she purchased it in late 2018. And over in Montecito, Rob Lowe has finally managed to offload his sumptuous East Coast-style estate for a whopping $45.5 million. The “Parks and Recreation” actor had the 10,000 sq. ft. mansion completely custom built to fit the needs of his family.

In other news, gaming tycoon and film financier Chris Parker’s Bel Air real estate gamble paid off, actress Emma Roberts flipped her historic Los Feliz villa for a major profit, superstar agents Branden and Rayni Williams are parting ways with Hilton & Hyland, “Sex and the City” star Kim Cattrall is hoping to bag $3.25 million for her East Hampton cottage, Seth Rogen is seeking a buyer for his West Hollywood bungalow, “Wonder Woman” screenwriter David Callaham is moving to Altadena, the infamous Los Feliz murder house is in escrow once again, and music producer Dion “No I.D.” Wilson bought Mike Shinoda’s Mulholland Estates mansion.
