Just a reminder that less than 48 hours remain for the 40% off coupon for the new course on Keynote for Mac.

Keynote: Building Presentations On Your Mac is a completely new course on Keynote where each lesson builds on the previous one to quickly teach you how to make and present Keynote presentations using your Mac.

The course starts with the basics of building a presentation in Keynote and then goes into detail about using media, transitions, animation and presenting. It is a complete course with 60 lessons and more than 3 hours of video to teach you everything you need to know to use Keynote to give presentations and create slideshow content. The course is for version 10.1 of Keynote for Mac or newer.

Here is a special coupon that will get you 40% off the price of the course, from now until August 28. So, as an example, in the U.S. that would be $23.97 instead of $39.95. Click on this link or use the code keynote741. Make sure the coupon code is applied before checking out. You can use this link to view the table of contents and even preview some of the videos.

Just like with all of the courses at my site, you can take as long as you like to start the course and go through the videos. You can also go back to review the videos as often as you like.

When you click on Recents in the Finder, you get a huge list of all of your files. This is the result of a search, and not a separate location for these files. Recents is useful for quick access to the files you were just working on, but shouldn't be used for deleting or organizing files. You can also search with Recents as a starting point for a more specific search. You can disable Recents in the sideba or create your own version using a Saved Search.

Showing a Keynote presentation over Zoom can easily become a mess with the audience seeing your document window and other things on your screen. You can use Zoom's ability to share a window and Keynote's new ability to present in a window to simplify things. But the best way to present is to use Keynote Live and let Zoom handle the video and audio while Keynote Live shows the presentation. To get the discount on the course, use the coupon code "keynote863" before it expires on August 28, 2020. https://courses.macmost.com/courses/keynote/?cc=keynote863
