In this special workshop, we will load up our Diana F+ cameras with some black and white film and head out to take a few shots around the neighbourhood. We will then proceed to develop our own rolls of film using the experimental technique of Irish development which uses dark beer as a base! We will spend a few hours exploring all the possibilities at our disposal, focusing our efforts on the field of analogue photography. We will start by revisiting the basic concepts, looking back on the origins of the fanzine. We’ll break down a number of preconceived notions and propose a number of useful tricks for the presentation and the binding of our fanzine, while respecting the laws of composition and aiming to achieve a personal touch on the final result.
