You may have seen the news this week that Kidscreen’s brand-new Pitchfest virtual event has just opened for registration. Kidscreen365 subscribers qualify for a special $50 discount on passes.

Just because you’re staying home this fall doesn’t mean you can’t meet with buyers! Pitchfest is all about helping you connect one-on-one with the channel and platform execs who can greenlight your project.

Our five-day program will deliver 2,000+ 15-minute pitch meetings. You can pre-select the buyers you want to meet with, and our lottery system will do the match-making. We’ll also have a standby feature to reassign meetings that open up on the fly due to no-shows.

ONLY 400 PASSES AVAILABLE! We’re limiting attendance so everyone gets up to five scheduled meetings. Make sure you sign up early before the event sells out.

Our next event is coming up soon...

Join us on JULY 14 to find out what Disney Channel, RAI and iQIYI are looking for next, and how you can get your project in the door.

As Executive Director of Original Series Development, Bronwyn North-Reist has spent the past six years developing shows for Disney XD, Disney+ and Disney Channel—including High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, one of the first original series which premiered on the streaming platform at launch. Prior to joining Disney Channel, Bronwyn worked with producer Carla Hacken during her deal with DreamWorks, and also for Simon Kinberg’s Genre Films.

A New Jersey native, Bronwyn graduated from Reed College in Portland, Oregon and spends much of her spare time mentoring young writers hoping to break into the entertainment industry.

Luca Milano heads up the Rai Ragazzi kids division at Italy’s public broadcaster, RAI Radiotelevisione Italiana. He oversees two free-to-air channels (Rai Yoyo and Rai Gulp), as well as the in-house units responsible for producing and co-producing animation, drama and live shows for children. Rai Ragazzi is a significant kids programming commissioner/investor in Europe.

Luca joined RAI in the ‘90s and has held various roles in the organization over the years, including a long stint as Deputy Director of TV drama production division Rai Fiction. But earlier in his career, he worked as a journalist in international affairs, a UNICEF information officer, and an international project manager at an engineering consulting firm.

As SVP, Leo Geng heads up the international business department at iQIYI, a leading Chinese streaming platform that launched in 2010 and currently has more than 500 million monthly users.

Leo joined the company in 2011 as VP of Operations, charged with developing and producing content. He was promoted to SVP four years later, and has since managed a wide-ranging portfolio of responsibilities, including oversight of iQIYI’s animation and children’s divisions.

Leo has a Master’s degree from the School of Journalism &

Communication at Tsinghua University, and prior to joining iQIYI, he served in various executive roles at SOHU, Focus Network, China Mobile and Qihoo 360.
