The firm opens here with a team from Skadden's mass tort group, who were behind multiple trial wins defending Johnson & Johnson against claims that its talcum powder causes cancer. Our first story today has details. Also, Kline & Specter and Thomas Bosworth appear to have resolved their recent dispute over whether the settlement agreement the two hammer out over the summer had been breached.
