Good evening,

It'll be video conference calls with fund managers for oOh!media and its bankers on Monday, as they go about trying to win support for the company's discounted equity raising.

According to terms put to funds over the weekend, oOh!media is preparing to more than double its shares on issue and raise at a steep discount to the last close, in what's likely to be the benchmark for upcoming emergency equity raisings.

Meanwhile, it was also a busy weekend for Webjet and its bankers at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse.

The company is expected to request a suspension from trading on Monday while its board works through proposals from a big-name private equity firm and the potential equity market alternative.

Elsewhere, we look at the buzzword in insolvency, and reveal which private equity deal has fallen over after a buyer pulled out on MAC grounds.

Happy reading,

Sarah Thompson, Anthony Macdonald and Tim Boyd
