Leather Jewellery by Tania Clarke Hall

We are delighted to welcome award-winning jeweller Tania Clarke Hall to our family of talented makers here at Atelier Beside the Sea.

Her striking jewellery in simple, graphic, designs, made from hand cut and dyed saddle leather with contrasting edges, is truly something out of the ordinary.

Influenced by her background in chemistry and a love of Japanese design, Tania’s bold and dramatic pieces are designed with a deceptively simple economy of line. She delights in moulding, slashing, scorching and colouring the leather using experimental and innovative techniques that continually push the boundaries of her medium.

Register for Artists Open House Winter Festival 2024

Show your work at Artists Open Houses this winter. Registration is now open to anyone living within the Brighton & Hove regional area (01273), and encompasses artists of all ages and abilities, from those just starting out on their careers to established artists and makers. 

Wherever you live, you can sign up to the Artists Seeking Houses directory, so that Open Houses looking for artists and makers to exhibit with them can invite you to take part as a ‘guest artist’ in their Open House.
