Yoga + Inquiry: On Fear Weekend Retreat June 2-4, 2023 In this weekend retreat, we will explore the place of fear in our lives through contact with Krishnamurtiâs teachings (video, audio, and readings) and dialogue. We will also have regularly scheduled yoga and breathwork practices. This allows us the possibility of coming to a deeper state of relaxation and integration of the inquiry into fear which is beyond the intellectual. This weekend is intended as a space for an embodied process of exploring fear in our own lives, relationships, and mind. |

The Challenge of Choiceless Awareness David Moody At first glance, choiceless awareness looks like something easily accessible, and not too difficult to understand or actualize. On closer inspection, however, this apparently simple idea presents challenges and obstacles not apparent on the surface. In this presentation, David examines some of those challenges and tries to discern how to resolve or transcend them. He considers numerous quotations from Krishnamurtiâs teachings to show what he means by choiceless awareness, and show why it is a profound and subtle proposal, as well as one that is fruitful and revealing in the course of daily life. |
