Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have purchased their very first joint home – a casually chic oceanfront getaway in the Santa Barbara County town of Carpinteria. The couple paid $14.5 million for the 1950s compound, previously owned and renovated by Conan O'Brien, that includes 50 feet of beach frontage and a Tesla charging station. And over in the Big Apple, Daniel Radcliffe has sold his swank lower Manhattan condo to Dutch fashion magnate Fokke de Jong.
