A Message From the Editor

Good Morning. We're covering the dramatic decision by KPMG to shut down its legal arm in Australia, a strategy reversal for the firm that had hoped to become a significant player in corporate law in Australia. We're also following the strategies and tactics law firms in London are employing to keep partners from leaving at a time when talent wars are raging. And as Ashurst posts a 9% increase in revenue, it says expansion in the U.S. is still a priority.
