Pedro Snchez and Michel Barnier review priorities in negotiations over future relationship between United Kingdom and European Union after Brexit

The President of the Government, Pedro Snchez, and the Head of Task Force for Relations with the United Kingdom, Michel Barnier, held a working meeting on Thursday at the Moncloa Complex to discuss Spain's priorities in negotiating the agreement(s) that will regulate future relations with the United Kingdom.

The main government representatives and social stakeholders involved in the negotiation process signed the agreement at Moncloa Palace to raise the minimum wage by 5.5% this year.

The President of the Government, Pedro Snchez, received the organisations and institutions promoting the Global Forum on Childhood Pneumonia at Moncloa Palace. This Forum will begin on Wednesday in Barcelona. This is the first international conference on this disease, responsible for the deaths of some 800,000 children around the world each year, and seeks to raise awareness about its importance, encourage the adoption of effective measures at both a national and an international level, and mobilise the community of donors.
