Spain and the United Arab Emirates promote a new strategic relationship that deepens their political and economic ties with the signing of a joint statement

The President of the Government of Spain, Pedro Sánchez, has paid an official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), to celebrate Spain Day at the Dubai Expo 2022. Pedro Sánchez and H.H. Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Zayed of Abu Dhabi have signed a joint statement of broad political and economic significance that creates a strategic partnership between Spain and the UAE.
