Don Francisco's Affogato

Affogato means “drowned” in Italy and it’s perfectly fitting since it consists of a scoop or two of ice-cream literally drowned in coffee!

What You Need:

● Premium vanilla bean ice cream

● Don Francisco’s Clasico Espresso (1 double shot per serving)

● Chocolate curls, optional

How to Make:

  • Using a grater or potato peel, shave a milk or dark chocolate bar to create curls or flakes.
  • With an ice cream scoop, add two or three scoops of vanilla ice cream to a serving bowl or glass.
  • Pour brewed double shot of Don Francisco’s Clasico Espresso over the ice cream and top with chocolate curls.
  • Serve immediately.
