Bar Ilegal – Ilegal Mezcal’s experiential outpost of Café No Sé, Antigua’s famed watering hole – is coming to West Hollywood on Monday, April 18th. Join at Las Perlas WeHo for curated drinks, free flash tattoos and a performance by iconic band SUSU. Opened by Ilegal founder John Rexer, Café No Sé was the first mezcal bar open outside of Mexico, and has become the beating heart of an international music scene in Antigua, Guatemala.

6th Annual LA Get Down Festival

Greenway Arts Alliance, in association with Da Poetry Lounge (DPL), presents the 6th Annual LA Get Down Festival celebrating the best of hip-hop and spoken word in honor of National Poetry Month. DPL Co-Founder Shihan Van Clief returns as Festival Director. The month-long festival closes on Saturday, April 30 with Inkslam, the annual head-to-head slam competition featuring eight of the best poets throughout the country.
