Lafayette group aquires New York-based luxury door and window provider

Good morning on this Friday that feels a whole lot like a Monday. On to some quick headlines: 

A Lafayette group that owns a luxury door and window manufacturer has acquired a New York-based group that will create the largest ultra-luxury door and window provider in the U.S.

Stately Doors & Windows, under the leadership of founders Jude David, Blake David and Erik Billet, acquired Reilly Architectural, which is part of Pella Corp.’s luxury division, in a move that David said will push Stately’s annual revenue to $100 million, its employee count to over 400 and its presence in nine locations across six states.
