Lafayette music venue up for sale

The Blue Moon Saloon is up for sale.

Lafayette businessman Mark Falgout has owned and operated the venue since 2001. He also owns Warehouse 525, an event space at 535 Garfield St.

List price is $1.2 million.

Catalyst Bank reports gain in fourth quarter
