Enact Conveyancing has worked closely with us to reduce its requisition rate by more than a third. Find out about the new approach and process changes which are helping them get it right the first time'. We also suggest ways of avoiding errors in applications.

Transaction Data December 2022

In December we completed 1,415,677 applications, compared with 1,922,381 in November and 1,480,815 last December 2021. The South East topped the table of regional applications with 323,045.
