Our annual Inc. Best Workplaces list honors companies where people love to work—those that set the standard for excellence in company culture. 

Since we get a lot of questions about the application process and what makes a company an honoree, we've put together the following tips on applying and outlined how honorees are selected:

• Tip 1: Submit your application to Inc. The first step to becoming a 2024 Inc. Best Workplaces honoree is to submit your application to us at Inc. The application is simple—it’s just a few questions about your company. You can view a PDF of the application questions here.
  
  
• Tip 2: Get started on the benefits audit and employee survey with Quantum Workplace. Once you submit your application to Inc., you’ll need to complete the benefits audit and employee survey. You’ll receive an email from Quantum Workplace with instructions for the audit and the employee survey. Both must be completed by Friday, March 29. • Tip 3: Meet the minimum employee participation for the employee survey. This is one of the most important steps for your Inc. Best Workplaces nomination to be complete: You must reach a minimum level of employee participation for the survey. This minimum level of participation is based on your organization size. Companies that achieve the highest scores in both the benefits audit and employee survey earn a spot on the list. That’s it! Submit your application before tomorrow's deadline.
