We’re excited to announce G’day Australia 2024 will be held in Perth/Boorloo, Western Australia from October 11-23, 2024 (inclusive of travel days, three-day training workshop and four-night Experience Australia post fam trip). G’day Australia 2024 is a combined training workshop and familiarization event held exclusively for Aussie Specialist travel advisors from retail agencies and wholesale travel companies/tour operators from all of Tourism Australia’s key markets. The 300 Aussie Specialists attending G’day Australia 2024 will meet with approximately 130 Australian tourism operators during the workshop and networking events. 

Aussie Specialists will also participate in a four-night post familiarization program throughout Australia supported by all Australian States and Territories.

Through their participation in G’day Australia 2024, attending Aussie Specialists will see first-hand a range of extraordinary travel experiences and encounter the professionalism, creativity and innovation of Australia’s tourism operators, which ultimately encourages agents to become advocates and sell Australia with confidence.

Dates and Cost

G’day Australia will take place from October 11-23, 2024 inclusive.  The participation fee is USD$520/CAD$700 including accommodation, workshop and familiarization program activities and international round trip flights from the ports of Los Angeles or Vancouver only. Click here to view further inclusions. Participants will need to make their own way, at their own expense, to the departing ports of Los Angeles or Vancouver. How to Qualify and Apply

You must read the G'day Australia page and website thoroughly, and complete the items below in order:
1. Enroll in the Aussie Specialist Program
2. Complete the ‘Introduction to Australia Curriculum' to become an Aussie Specialist
3. Complete the ‘Western Australia Training Course’
4. Submit your application by May 26, 2024
