British Business Group Vietnam
Dear achternaam,

Recent years have seen major changes and developments in the educational sector. With the acceleration of preparation for Industry 4.0, the government is placing a major emphasis on the internationalisation of education as well as expanding transnational education with English speaking countries. With the established strategic partnership between the two countries and the close links within the educational field, there are already over 80 transnational degree programmes, as well as a growing number of K-12 links and professional qualifications.

As part of the growing links BBGV and British Advocacy Committee (BAC) have decided to launch our first sector working group. The  British Education Business Group – BEBG, is being launched in conjunction with and will work alongside the British Embassy, Department for International Trade and British Council.

BEBG aims to promote, increase visibility, raise awareness of British and English Language education qualifications in Vietnam, lobby Government on K12, vocational, Higher Educational and Professional Qualifications, to inform and promote Educational Suppliers and generate business and partnership opportunities for members of the Group.

We would like to invite all representatives from schools, universities, English language and training centres, suppliers as well as publishers in Vietnam that have an existing collaboration with the UK to join us and become a member of BEBG.

The benefits of membership are as below:

  1. Exposure: Members will be entitled to use BEBG’s logo. All our member’s profile will be displayed on the group’s social media pages and BBGV official communications channels. Members are allowed to advertise outstanding activities on the group’s media if requested and appropriate.
  2. Network: Members are provided with contact details of representatives.
  3. Insight: BEBG will provide members with insights into the market on a quarterly basis, updates on regulations and relevant trade missions, activities on a quarterly and ad-hoc basis (for specific issues).
  4. Advocacy: Membership of the policy discussion forum to input into Vietnam Business Forum as well as BBGV and Embassy relevant dialogue.
  5. Business opportunities: BEBG will act as a platform for members to interact with each other as well as promote the group and its members through online as well as physical activities.
