Dear Reader,

The early response to my new ETF Master Class has been nothing short of incredible. We’ve already had more than 700 10th Man readers sign up for the course as “beta” members...

But now that we’ve recorded the live Q&A session... and received plenty of initial feedback and questions... we’re now going to be creating some of the extra course materials.

Which means after midnight tonight, we’ll be raising the price to $199.

If you’re at all interested in signing up for the ETF Master Class... this is your last chance to get it for the discounted price of $99.

If this is the first time you’re hearing about the ETF Master Class, here’s what you get when you sign up today.

MODULE 1:
Introduction to Index-Based Investing

Before I dive deep into how ETFs work, it’s important that we start by covering some fundamental concepts related to indexes and index investing.

In this module, I talk about what an index is... the different ways index funds are weighted... active vs passive investing... and the pros and cons of using index funds.

MODULE 2:
The ETF Revolution

Right now, ETFs are hands down the fastest-growing investment product on the market. Today, there are more than 6,000 ETFs around the world to choose from... and many of these products are not only complex—but potentially dangerous—if used incorrectly.

Which is why it’s so important that you understand exactly how these products work.

In this module, I cover the three types of index funds... the nuts and bolts of how ETFs are created... liquidity issues... different ways you can invest using ETFs... and more.

MODULE 3:
The Nuts and Bolts of ETFs

Have you ever wondered what happens behind the scenes when you click the “buy” button in your brokerage account?

In this module, I discuss the evolution of how securities are bought and sold... how markets are made... leveraged and inverse ETFs... and the impact technology has had on how ETFs are traded today.

MODULE 4:
Advanced Concepts

In the final module, I cover the exotic, unique, and what we might call “the fun stuff.” Derivatives, swaps, volatility ETFs, and short selling are all discussed.

BONUS BONUS #1: Recording of the Live Q&A Call

A few weeks ago, you may have seen me send out an email asking 10th Man readers to send in any questions they had about ETFs... and we had more than 800 readers send in questions!

Our team looked over every single question that was submitted and picked out the top 10 questions to answer.

They include:

Is there an ETF rating service I can use to find good ETFs?
What are your thoughts on building an ETF portfolio, and various ETF trading strategies like market timing and sector rotation?
What are the risks of ETFs becoming an overcrowded trade and subsequently creating liquidity issues?
What regulations exist to protect investors from market distortions potentially created by ETFs?
What happens to ETFs during a market correction or financial meltdown?
Am I at risk if an ETF company goes bankrupt?
Why should I choose an ETF over individually selected stocks, and under what conditions should I do this?

I also took a few more questions asked by our attendees on the call... including a very interesting one about commodity ETFs, and how to potentially avoid the “roll down” with this trading strategy.

BONUS BONUS #2: ETF Trading Strategies Every Investor Needs to Know (currently in production)

One of the most common questions we received about ETFs involved some version of “what do you think about XYZ strategy?”

Now, I’m not going to be able to give specific recommendations of trading strategies you should or shouldn’t use...

But what I can do is break down the mechanics of how these trading strategies actually work, how I decide when to use these types of strategies, and I’ll even go into some of my previous trades (winners and losers) so you can get some insight into my thought process.

BONUS BONUS #3: How to Determine Which ETFs Are Right for You (currently in production)

The other common question I received was some version of “how do I go about finding the right ETFs to invest in?” or “how do I find a ‘safe’ ETF?”

Again, I won’t be able to give you any specific recommendations as to what ETFs you should use... but I do want to make sure you fully understand what you’re buying before you buy it.

A lot of valuable information is inside the prospectus, but most investors never bother to read the prospectus of the funds they buy.

Personally, I think that’s because most prospectuses can be a bit intimidating.

Which is why I’m going to walk you through the exact process I go through when analyzing a fund and determining how the product actually works.

I’ll be covering things like:

What websites you can use to find ETFs
How to determine what’s actually inside of the ETF
How to properly assess liquidity
How to figure out the cost/fee structure of the ETF
How to properly assess exotic ETFs that hold futures contracts (i.e. leveraged, inverse, and commodity ETFs)

Not only will you have a much better understanding of how ETFs as a product work... but you’ll have a much greater understanding of how investment products work in general... and what the implications of the “fine print” mean for you as an investor.

EFT Course

Personally, I think this course is a bargain at $199... and really, I think it’d be a bargain at $299 or higher...

If you act now, you can get a world-class education on ETFs for just $99.

But hurry! After midnight tonight, we’re never going to offer it at this price again.

Sincerely,

Jared Dillian
