Last chance to take the 2020 MSP Salary Survey!

This is your last chance to take the 2020 MSP Salary Survey and make sure your professional experiences are represented! The survey will close on October 31, and the more responses we have, the more meaningful (and actionable) the data will be in the special reports we release for both CRC members and non-members.

The Credentialing Resource Center’s annual MSP Salary Survey measures the compensation rates, essential duties, and other workplace trends shaping the careers of MSPs across the industry. Beyond receiving copies of the reports, to show our thanks for taking the survey, we will select one person at random to receive free on-demand access to the 2020 Credentialing Resource Center Virtual Event. Click here to take the 2020 MSP Salary Survey before it's too late!

Know your APPs

There are a few things to keep in mind regarding advanced practice professionals (APP), sometimes known as mid-level practitioners, although this is not their preferred label. According to the International Council of Nurses, an APP can be defined as “a registered nurse who has acquired the expert knowledge base, complex decision-making skills and clinical competencies for expanded practice, the characteristics of which are shaped by the context and/or country in which s/he is credentialed to practice. A master’s degree is recommended for entry level.”

Automated credentialing takes center stage during COVID-19 pandemic

Every facet of healthcare has been affected in some way due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and credentialing is no exception. From credentialing more providers, to credentialing providers faster, organizations are trying to meet these new demands while also keeping patients safe. Credentialing Resource Center recently spoke with Eric Zerneke, chief commercial officer of andros, a NCQA-certified CVO, to find out what credentialing-related issues are plaguing organizations during the pandemic.
