This crisp is a wonderful dessert to make with leftover peaches.  It's a very simple dessert to make--mix the filling, top with the crumble, and bake. The recipe calls for a 9x13-inch pan but you can use two 9-inch cake pans--freeze the extra.  Serve it warm--the microwave works for reheating. You'll need a pastry knife (save 20% now) to make the crumble topping.
