The last phase of the renewal of the Anne Frank House museum has begun. The new entrance was taken into use this week, the museum cafe will be reopened next week, and in the coming months, among other changes, the cloakroom and the diary room will be fitted out. The route through the museum will also be further adapted: museum visitors will be offered more historical context and in-depth information, giving them a better understanding of the life story of Anne Frank and an enhanced experience of the hiding place. The modifications leave the authentic character of the house intact. |
