Since starting with HSE I have learnt so much through the role, which has helped further my career. I became a permanent member of staff as well as recently securing a promotion that will start in June 2020. I will be enrolling onto the Regulators Training Programme (RTP) to become a Health and Safety Inspector which I am so excited about. When I first started in HSE I heard a lot of success stories from/about other colleagues within the company who all started off as apprentices, and now I am proud to say I am also one of these success stories. The apprenticeship course and job role has given me a lot more confidence and I have found the on the job learning to be a useful way of building up my skills and knowledge to help me progress further in my career. I feel lucky that I was successful for this opportunity and would recommend it to others wanting to expand their skills and knowledge. |
