City of Cockburn Club Driven Facility Upgrades - now online The Club Driven Facility Upgrades (CDFU) was developed to assist clubs navigate the permissions process when wishing to make modifications to facilities that they either hire or lease from the City. This may be for a large or small project, whether fully funded by the club or with the added assistance of a Major or Minor Capital Works Grant from the City.

Understanding the Costs of Sport Survey The Australian Sports Commission (ASC) is working with researchers from Federation University to better understand the costs involved in delivering and playing community sport and is inviting community sport clubs to participate in a short online survey to provide data.

Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund CSRFF grants from the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries aim to increase participation in sport by assisting community groups to develop sport and recreation infrastructure. The small grants round for projects from $7500 to $500,000 open on Monday 3 February 2025, for project starting in the 2025/25 financial year. You must contact the department to discuss your project in order to be eligible. You may also be required to obtain City endorsement for the project, as well as any relevant planning or building approvals, so discuss your project with Recreation Services at the earliest opportunity. | |
